Conference Room

Spanning an area of over 1,000 square feet, the fully-equipped conference room can accommodate up to 50 people comfortably. It also offers a fantastic view overlooking the city skyline and Singapore River.

The seating arrangement in the conference room can be easily configured to various styles like classroom, theatre or U-shape, thus making it suitable for seminars, conferences, meetings, training sessions and product launches. In addition, the conference room is equipped with wireless internet access and presentation facilities. Refreshments and meals can be arranged as well.

Meeting Rooms

Impress your clients with our tastefully-appointed meeting rooms, each equipped with presentation facilities, wireless internet access and flip charts. Administrative support is also available upon request.

Video Conferencing

Video conferencing allows clients to hold personalized, “face-to-face” meetings without the inconvenience of travel. At the same time, it reduces travel expenditure and is more time-efficient.

Our Polycom Viewstation 512 video conferencing equipment can support up to 4 ISDN lines at 512KB to any destination in the world. It not only supports point-to-point connections but is capable of bridging up to 3 destinations as well. Our ViewStation 512 employs a unique system design which includes an easy-to-navigate user interface and a voice-tracking camera. The voice-tracking camera automatically tracks the camera to the person speaking.
